Earth Circle Studios is a small school for the Creative Arts founded by Contemporary Artist and Intentional Creativity® Teacher Jassy Watson. The studio was built by her husband in 2013 and has since been the space in which Jassy has taught art to many and where she works as an artist creating mostly large scale paintings that are regularly exhibited. Her home Studio is set amongst a wild shady garden at Innes Park, Queensland, just minutes from the glorious Great Barrier Reef coastline where Jassy finds much inspiration for her work.
Earth Circle Gallery is a chic Art Space home to Award winning Contemporary Artist Jassy Watson and Bargara Beach's very own paint and sip studio - Brews & Brushes. The gallery also showcases the work of a select line of other local artists and makers including women of MUSEA - a global arts collective.
The Gallery is open for PRIVATE events and WORKSHOPS ONLY

"I believe that intentionally cultivating creativity allows us to be more of who we truly are. It invites one to remember our natural born right to self express. Art isn't just for those with 'talent', it is for everyone and here at Earth Circle Studios & Gallery I encourage self expression and earth connection and promote sustainable and creative community. Those that gather here to learn and create or to enjoy art and a brew, come from all walks of life and are all at different stages of their creative path and I welcome you all." Jassy
Jassy is a Contemporary Australian landscape artist and Intentional Creativity® Teacher living in regional Bundaberg, Queensland. While formally trained in the arts, Jassy has developed her own way of working through her many years of creative practice and exploration. This has led to her creating unique images that are essentially born from close observation of both inner and outer landscapes.
Jassy works primarily in acrylic and mixed media and more recently has returned to oils has her preferred medium. Many of her bold and vibrant paintings are created by building up layers of marks and shapes until an image and story emerges while other pieces are planned, drawing inspiration from scenes of everyday life; from the ever-changing landscape of the Bundaberg region to tropical Bali and even her own backyard.
Jassy's paintings have been sold and sent worldwide, exhibited in numerous shows nationally, and featured in a number of international online and in-text publications, most recently featured in the National Art/Edit magazine. She has also been a selected finalist at a number of Australian Art awards with her latest solo exhibition 'The Sacred & the Mundane:Scenes of the Everyday' being shown at the Hervey Bay Regional Gallery.
Jassy is passionate about inspiring others to connect with their creative self and from her spaces Earth Circle Studios & Gallery, she works as a full-time artist and Intentional Creativity® Teacher offering classes to women and girls nationally and abroad, teaching regularly in Bali, the USA and also in Greece. The new Gallery Cafe located at Bargara Beach Qld, displays her work along with work by other local regional artists.
